Terms and Conditions
1. THE COMPANY
bc printing is trading name of Beyond Compare Ltd.
2. PAYMENT TERMS
Please note that payment is required in advance. Artwork payments are required in advance unless other payment terms have been agreed in writing.
3. DELIVERY
Delivery is free for the most of printing materials. However we reserve the right to charge for the delivery - we inform about it in a written way. We do our best to provide all deliveries on time. However we are dependant on courier and don't take any responsibilities for the late deliveries. All parcels are send by recorded delivery or courier therefore all claims shall be made to the Royal Mail or Courier.
4. OFFER & PRICES
We reserve the right to alter any details and prices of products advertised without notice. All our quotations are valid for a 10 working days. After this period we can't guarantee the same price given in the quote.
5. TURNAROUND TIME
Our standard turnaround time is 6-9 working days after the payment is received and the artwork is accepted.
6. VARIATIONS IN QUANTITY
We shall to deliver the correct quantity ordered. However in printing process 10% (plus or minus) variations in quantity are possible.
7. COLOUR GUARANTEE
Beyond Compare Ltd shall not be required to guarantee an exact match in colour between the customer's artwork or artwork created by Beyond Compare Ltd. Although all efforts shall be made to obtain the best possible colour.
8. CLAIMS
Claims arising from damages, delay or partial loss in transit must be made in writing to us, so as to reach us within 5 days of delivery. No claims shall be considered after goods are installed – applies especially to shop fronts, stickers and boards. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect the rights of a consumer.
9. CANCELLATION CHARGES
Please note that a 15% charge of the total value of the original order will be made on all cancelled orders. Any costs incurred for work already carried out up to the date of written cancellation will also be charged for and deducted before any refunds are made.
10. ARTWORK
Beyond Compare Ltd shall reserve all rights (copyright) for graphic designs provided for the customer and shall keep all designs in own database. The customer shall only pay for the work performance itself, not for the rights to intellectual property, particularly not the right to further duplication. The copyright can be transferred to the customer for a fee, only if this has been agreed in writing. Beyond Compare Ltd will not reproduce any such items for any competitor in business of the customer.
11. COMPLAINTS
Complaints must be made within 2 working days of receiving your goods. Any complaints made after this time period are void of any right to refund or reprint. After the artwork is accepted by the customer no claims regarding the printed content will be considered.
12. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time. The latest version of these terms and conditions is always available in our Glasgow office.
Placing an order is equal to accept above terms and conditions.
